**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Develop, maintain and optimise preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance schedules.- Prioritise and allocate work orders to meet contractual response times and asset lifecycle requirements.- Coordinate with service delivery teams to align resource availability and minimise operational disruption.- Ensure asset and maintenance data is accurate, complete and aligned between Downer and Defence systems.- Provide accurate planning reports and support collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders.
**What You’ll Bring**- Certificate III in Engineering or Trade Certificate (mandatory).- Strong experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within Defence, facilities management or construction industries.- Proficiency in CMMS and Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high-level communication skills.- Ability to interpret technical drawings, asset registers and compliance schedules.
