**About the Role**: As a casual bartender at Wanneroo Sports and Social Club, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our members and guests have an enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include:

- Mixing and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensuring that all drinks are served in accordance with licensing laws and responsible service practices.
- Engaging with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Handling cash and card transactions, along with maintaining a balanced till.
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of food if required.
- Keeping stock levels up to date and communicating with management regarding supplies.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, who enjoys being part of a team, and can handle the fast-paced nature of working behind a busy bar. You should have a friendly personality, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to engage with guests to ensure they have a great experience at the club.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential. If you're new to bartending but have a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you
- **Personality**: You must be approachable, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who loves meeting new people and enjoys working in a team.
- **Flexibility**: As a casual bartender, you should be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Availability during busy periods is key.
- **Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)**: You must have an RSA certificate or be willing to obtain one.
