Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations based on their individual style and hair type.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering to offer cutting-edge services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and personalized care.
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure efficient scheduling to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the overall success and reputation of the barbershop.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
- Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques including hair cutting, fading, shaving, and beard shaping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Valid barbering license in [insert state/country].

**Salary**: $43,667.20 - $79,355.86 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
