**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**
- Partner with the Bankers in creating and preparing lending submission, including obtaining documents and collation of information from customers.
- Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and interpretation of customer’s financial information
- Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end to end lending process, maintaining accountability and engaging with the relevant internal contacts
- Support the Bankers with portfolio management activities including covenant monitoring.
- Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.

- Knowledge of the lending process preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn, adaptability and resilience to an constantly changing environment
- Proactivity and initiative to go above and beyond for our bankers and RMs
