**Join Our Team as a Surveyor**

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join the team in this full-time permanent role, playing a key role in land surveying, mapping, and spatial data management.

Urban Resources supplies raw materials and provides bulk earthworks services, backed by high-skilled and experienced team. Our operations include strategically located quarries and concrete recycling sites across the Perth Metro area, with our office situated in Bibra Lake, WA 6163.

Salary range $105,000 to $115,000 p.a (excl. Superannuation)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct precise surveying and mapping of land, including marine floors.
- Prepare and manage digital data for mapping and analysis.
- Supervise the creation of plans, maps, charts, and drawings.
- Manage spatial information systems for efficient data organization.
- Conduct research and development of surveying and land information systems.
- Plan and design land subdivision projects, liaising with local authorities.
- Provide expert advice to architects, engineers, and environmental scientists.
- Compile and analyse spatial data from various sources, including aerial imagery.
- Interpret data to create maps, plans, and 3D models using GIS technology.
- Prepare site plans and survey reports for land ownership and conveyancing.
- Supervise and coordinate survey teams to ensure quality and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Spatial Science, or a related field.
- Registration or licensing as required by local regulatory authorities.
- Experience using AutoCAD, GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), and surveying instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant industry experience in land, engineering, hydrographic, or mine surveying.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating survey teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
