Clinical Supervisor

**About the role**

As Prestige Inhome Care grows, this role has been developed to provide ongoing support to our nursing team and clients. We are committed to helping people live happily and safely in their own homes for as long as possible. This is an opportunity for a motivated
**registered nurse** looking for a leadership, blended role that works actively with a team and the community.

This role will be the main contact for the Service Delivery team for daily clinical queries and escalation. It will support with Nursing recruitment, induction and upskilling of staff. Responsible for high level supervision and leadership to nurses in New South Wales.

Alongside these duties, the Clinical Supervisor would provide on the field clinical support, medications administration, VACC dressings, clinical assessments and nursing report as required.

**About you**
- APHRA Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience
- Demonstrate knowledge, skills and attitudes to provide safe and effective nursing care
- Excellent skills in assessing, documenting and implementing client care plan goals
- Experience in community care/home based care services.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience or evidence of strong capability to lead a team in a dynamic and client centric setting, preferably with experience managing direct care staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organisational and prioritising skills.
- Demonstrated self-awareness and ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
- Problem solver.
