Something Nice Foods is a long-established, family-run meat processing business based in Mortdale, NSW. For more than 70 years, we’ve built our reputation on delivering high-quality meats and exceptional service to wholesale and retail customers throughout the St George region and beyond.

We are currently seeking an experienced **Sausage Maker / Butcher** to join our production team. If you’re passionate about quality meat, skilled in sausage production, butchery and looking for a stable, full-time role with early starts and early finishes - we’d love to hear from you.

**Location**: Mortdale, NSW
**Hours**: Monday to Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
**Type**: Full-time | On-site

**Key Responsibilities**
- Hands-on sausage making using sausage filling machines
- Butchering and processing meat for production requirements
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
- Working efficiently within a production team to meet daily targets
- Order packing and labeling
- Assisting with general factory duties as required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sausage making and use of sausage filling machines
- Butchery or meat processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- **You must already be living in Australia with full work rights**

Pay: $24.28 - $28.12 per hour
