**What we need from you**:
- Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
- Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
- Broad experience providing individual coaching, counselling and support for a wide range of personal and work-related issues
- A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks
- Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma informed intervention or a dedicated willingness to learn
- Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
