**About you**

Perhaps you have been a Retail Sales Assistant with another company and are looking for a role that can offer additional hours during our peak season over Christmas trading?
- Display a **professional, friendly and approachable** manner when greeting and connecting with our customers
- Have experience fulfilling **Click & Collect orders** and addressing customer queries
- Be excited to create **exceptional in-store displays** and maintain high presentation standards
- Enthusiastic, friendly and well-groomed with an **exceptional work ethic**:

- Flexibility to work **evenings, weekends, and public holidays**

**About this opportunity**

Contribute towards the success of our **Christmas trading period** by delivering individualised customer service in a team environment. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of our premium jewellery store. This involves maintaining a high level of store presentation - cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, the stockroom and store itself - as well as working collaboratively to support other team members with ad-hoc duties as needed.
