Receptionist - Exact Orthodontics

**Company Description** Exact Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our exceptional team.**

Our team is seeking a full-time front office extraordinaire to complement our knowledgeable team, for a long-term role in reception and front desk management. As the face of our practice, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for our patients, while managing patient expectations with confidence and care.
- Front desk reception: greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, booking appointments, answering phone calls and patient queries, delivery outstanding patient care
- Assisting with administrative duties such as billing, maintaining patient records, data entry
- Full-time position (4 days per week 7:30-5:30pm)

**Qualifications**

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience in reception and administrative duties (ideally in a dental or specialist setting)
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of empathy and someone who thrives when working with people
- A professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn, take on feedback and work effectively in a team environment
- Confidence in delivering and talking payments
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service and patient care
