While most think of Crowd Controllers as someone who escorts disruptive patrons or guests from a premise, EEVE Security Services believe our Crowd Control personnel are much more as EEVE Security Services Crowd Controllers are: - Customer service and public relations orientated - promoting client and EEVE Security Services professional image as "the face" of our clients establishment - Providers of information, directing guests / patrons - Friendly, welcoming and skilled communicators. - Highly trained ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients staff and patrons. - **At EEVE Security, we pride ourselves on our**:_ - highly trained personnel - experienced management team - effective communication - quality management system - personalised customer service - skilled account managers - integrity and professionalism - workplace safety. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - Valid WA Crowd Controllers Licence(s) - Certificate II in Security Operations - Current Senior First Aid Certificate. - RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate / Accreditation **CROWD CONTROLLER DUTIES** As a professional customer service focused Crowd Controller, the duties you will be required to perform are (but not limited to): - Greet all guests on arrival - Check guest’s identification at the main door - Operate “Scantek” Intelligent ID scanner technology(s) - Monitor Crowd numbers entering / exiting venue - Identify intoxicated persons inside the venue - Liaise with Bar Management and Venue Management and Police as required - Deescalate incidents inside the venue - Escort intoxicated or aggressive patrons out of the venue - Identify and report criminal activity - Compile a report on any incident that occurs - Identify and report on any hazards (OHS) in the venue - Ensure all guests leave the venue safely - Assist with venue lock-ups, closing of venue Ongoing, Permanent Part-Time Hours: 14-28 per week Shift / Service Requirements: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
