The Opportunity
- This is a Full Time position working Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)*

Your Impact
- Attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe & pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staff
- Be responsible for the maintenance of all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal
- Ensure all community spaces are appealing and safe for our community and visitors
- Provide transport for residents to visit the local shops once a week by driving the village shuttle bus. Drop off and Pick Up only
- Assist residents by loading groceries on and off the village shuttle bus
- Maintain effective working relationships with maintenance contractors and suppliers
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Complete additional adhoc tasks delegated to you by Community Leaders
- Build strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well-maintained areas.
What you'll bring
- A warm & caring personality with an interest to make a difference every day
- Experience in general maintenance roles or possess 'handy' domestic repair skills (highly desired)
- Experience in Gardening duties (highly desired)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
