**The Role**

We are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated **Weekend/Weekday Program Facilitators** who thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. If you love working with people, facilitating meaningful conversations, and playing a key role in someone’s healing journey, this role is for you

As a **Program Facilitator**, you will ensure that every client receives exceptional care and support. You'll help maintain a peaceful and structured environment while facilitating engaging psychoeducation groups, and supporting clients through grounding and mindfulness practices. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a harmonious and empowering space where clients can focus on their healing and growth.
- ** Essential**: Current First Aid and CPR certification, Police Check, Valid Driver’s License
- ** Advantageous**: Certificate IV in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), or equivalent
- ** Highly Desirable**: Certificate III in Fitness
- Guide clients through their therapeutic program with empathy and care.
- Facilitate psychoeducation groups and aftercare discussions.
- Support clients during outings, workshops, and daily activities.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed.
- Maintain a **safe, welcoming, and harmonious** retreat environment.
