Seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to work for a GP located near Fremantle, on a permanent basis

**Your new company**
A medical centre based near Fremantle, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join a close-knit team. This organisation is ideally seeking someone to work on a full-time, permanent basis and has available parking on site to employees.

**Your new role**
As the Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact for the clinic, assisting patients on their visit. In addition you will be responsible for;
- Updating and maintaining patient records and information
- Billing and receipting of patients accounts, using their private health when able
- Supporting the wider team with adhoc administration duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you must have previous experience working in a medical/health environment in a similar role. You will also have;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver fantastic customer service to patients
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Experience in processing payments and invoices
- Strong IT skills with excellent data entry accuracy
- Previous experience leading a team would be beneficial

**What you'll get in return**
This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis and ideally hopes to have someone commence as soon as able. This organisation is based near Fremantle with free parking on site.
