***opportunity is responsible for high level Beverage and Cocktail service across our fine dining restaurant The Wild Herring, relaxed dining at The Galley Kitchen, the sophisticated Moby’s Bar and our newly created Pool Bar This opportunity will have you preparing a wide variety of beverages and delivering exceptional table service, whilst projecting friendly and courteous professionalism at all times.**About you**You must be able to demonstrate 6+ months cocktail making experience.
-Be a passionate Beverage Attendant with exceptional drink service experience gained within a restaurant or whisky/cocktail lounge environment.
-Good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.
-You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy and demanding position.
-RSA certification is a requirement, as is the availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, along with a variety of day and evening shifts during the week.
