**How will I help?**

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Work with the Senior Systems Manager to establish the credit risk system management capability in the CBB Credit Risk Hub.
- Build effective and informative relationships with Technology (and other) teams across the organisation, which support best-practice management of credit risk systems.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation that enables the effective management of risk, including business continuity.
- Support achievement of control environment objectives for Hub systems according to relevant Group policies and standards.
- Produce and share management information on the performance of Hub systems on a periodic and as-needs basis
- Work collaboratively within the Hub and across CBB LoBs to align the management of credit risk systems across the Division.
- Provide support for change and run activities for credit risk systems.
- Provide input into projects and BAU initiatives on an as-needs basis.

Key Accountabilities
- Participate in the prioritisation of system-related activities and keep stakeholders informed about progress against timelines
- Support stakeholders in the performance of UAT
- Provide input into system SRAs, performing any for which the Hub has full accountability
- Effect the roles and responsibilities of a Hub team member, working across Hub functions to develop and sustain a high-performing team culture
- Leverage the BCM team’s expertise to develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose system, data and business control environment
- Collaborate with the ASM, SOM and other Technology teams on an as-needs basis
- Identify and participate in the scoping of opportunities for system improvements, including providing inputs into business cases

**What do I need?**

In addition to this, you will also possess ou will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across a broad range of stakeholders including senior stakeholders and to provide succinct clear updates along with strong governance, risk, compliance experience, including control implementation and policy interpretation into operational procedures.

We are looking for a leader who is fluent in records management with an understanding of data privacy, who can bring a room together and focus on delivery.
