**About us**

Are you a passionate and experienced Front of House (FOH) all rounder/ waitstaff looking for an exciting opportunity in the food and beverage industry? Look no further **Avocado Brighton** is currently hiring dedicated FOH all rounder / waitstaff to join our team at our bustling cafe.

**Immediate start **available/ Full-time positions available

**Flexible shifts** as cafe is open during these times.

**Opening Hours**

Monday-Wednesday: 7am-4pm

Thursday & Sunday: 7am-10:30pm

Friday & Saturday: 7am-11:30pm

**Location **Shop 3 & 4, 370 Bay Street, Brighton-Le-Sands, 2216, NSW

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Prior experience as FOH allrounder in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekends availability a must

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring Optimal Customer Experience through Feedback Acquisition
- Proficiently Addressing Challenges through Creative Problem-Solving
- Ability to follow the staff in-charge and Open Communication with Team Members
- Cultivation of a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
