**The Role**:
The position will support the Coordinators in the Curriculum and Quality Team and provide high-level administration and records management throughout the course accreditation and course change proposal processes. The role will support Committee activities, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items with relevant stakeholders

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Support quality assurance processes and course accreditation activities
- Assist in the workflow of accreditation and course change proposals
- Support committee activities, attend committee meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Support in the preparation of accreditation documentation
- Maintain accurate and effective records and documents

**The person we need**:

- Excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate and effective records
- Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with data input and data integrity
- Resourceful with a demonstrated ability to pick new systems and processes with ease
- High level written communication skills and experience with detailed minutes
- Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with high-level professionals

A current Employee Working with Children's check is required for this position
