Position Overview
As a Residential Cleaner you’ll visit clients’ homes, individually or in a small team to perform top‑quality cleans tailored to each household’s needs. You will interact warmly with clients while respecting their privacy. Your work directly supports our mission: uplifting lives by transforming living spaces
What We’re Looking For
- Eye for Detail: You notice the fingerprints on the fridge and the dust behind the TV.
- Reliability: Punctual, organised, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Communication: Friendly, clear spoken English; able to update clients and teammates politely.
- Integrity & Respect: You treat every home and client with confidentiality and care.
- Driver’s Licence: (required) to travel between jobs.
- Police Check / Working With Children Check: (required)
What We Offer
- Consistent daytime schedule (no late nights).
- All supplies and products provided with our caddy hire kits
- Paid training in advanced cleaning techniques and safety
- Supportive team culture that values work life balance and open communication.
Work Hours
- 15 hours per week to start (more hours available) - Monday-Friday between 9am and 5 pm.
**Job Type**: Subcontract
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Police Clearance (required)
- Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
