Job Title: Landscape Gardener Team Leader

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Team Management*: Lead and supervise a team of landscape gardeners, providing guidance and support.

2. *Project Management*: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work.

3. *Client Relations*: Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.

4. *Garden Maintenance*: Perform garden maintenance tasks, including pruning, planting, and irrigation system management.

5. *Health and Safety*: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. *Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent)*

2. *Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape gardening*

3. *Valid driver's license and own vehicle*

4. *Strong leadership and communication skills*

5. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team*

6. *Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor*

7. **Must have the right to work full-time in Australia**
