We currently have a rare opportunity for an exceptional Team Leader to lead shifts at our **Schnitz Centre of Excellence**. This store will be a unique showcase of all the best parts of Schnitz and we need a special kind of person that can proudly uphold and exemplify Schnitz standards.

Role Recipe:

- Lead shifts with Guests at the heart, including opening and closing the store and managing bottlenecks efficiently to maintain speed of service.
- Provide excellent Guest service ensuring our Guests have a memorable Schnitz Experience every single time;
- Support operational excellence by taking a keen interest in inventory, labour and cash handling and supporting manager with achieving targets;
- Proactively set and achieve KPIs on each shift to contribute to the success and profitability of the store;
- Take charge of training new Team Members in store and provide consistent coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Key Ingredients:

- Minimum 1 year experience in end-to-end shift running, in a QSR setting;
- You take pride in the quality of your work and the work of your team;
- You’re a natural leader with effective communication skills;
- You are passionate about mentoring and supporting members of the team;
- You thrive on the challenges of a dynamic work environment and can adapt easily;
