Chemcote Specialty Coatings currently has an opportunity for an Office/Sales Support role working in our Wollongong office.

You will be part of a small but dynamic team, passionate about delivering exceptional results and outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities and Activities:

- Bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Processing job cards, and time sheets
- Price negotiation & ordering consumables, materials
- Data Entry and other ad-hoc duties
- Other general administrative tasks
- Preparation of quotes, blogs, and reports using existing templates
- Assistance with producing marketing materials
- Work on campaign management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A high level of interpersonal skill, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Prior accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (accounts payable officer)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines, follow procedures and improve them where possible
- Effective utilisation of computer equipment and software in the performance of duties
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
- The ability to complete tasks & work with mínimal supervision

Bonus points:
It is also favourable, but not essential, that the successful applicant has some experience in an
industrial background.
