**Description**:
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of our employees and the provision of a long-term career path. You will work alongside experience plant operators and will be trained to operate. This position involves attending TAFE on a regular basis to complete your certificate III.

- Have a current drivers license
- Have a keen interest machinery/civil construction
- Be prepared to travel throughout Victoria
- Have a strong work ethic willing to work flexible hours to meet client's needs
- Possess a positive can do attitude
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
