Bartender - Cocktail Specialist

We are looking for a switched on and dynamic **Casual bartender / Cocktail Specialist** to work at our Hurricane’s Grill & Bar at **Narellan.**

**Experience in classic cocktails is a must**, as is **availability to work on weekends**. **If you’re unable to work on weekends, please note that this position may not be suitable for you**.

- **Responsibilities**_
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, recommending drinks and providing excellent service at the bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, monitoring guest consumption and intervening when necessary.

- **Skills and Experience**_
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/ bar.

**. Strong knowledge and proven experience in preparing classic cocktails.**
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Proficient time management aptitude.
- A deep passion for upholding top-tier food, beverage, and service quality standards.
- **Weekend availability is essential.**
- Must have **full working rights** in Australia.

**Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays ,weekends & Public Holidays.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $39.00 per hour
