**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day store operations to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver high-quality service and teamwork
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and stock ordering to optimize sales and reduce waste
- Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and reporting
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of stock management and retail operations
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant retail management or supervisory experience.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification in retail or business management is advantageous but not essential with proven experience.

**Salary: from $70,000 - $77,000**
(based on experience, negotiable, and commensurate with the role).
