Achieve your Certificate III whilst earning an income and gaining invaluable experience with a **full-time Traineeship over 18 months.**. Providing hands-on training, we support you with a clear career path at NCCC, where we grow and learn together

We are offering creative, hands-on Traineeships in a high-quality environment with ongoing learning and professional development opportunities in a culture of support, excellence and collaboration.

We are a boutique, family-owned and run childcare centre. We have one room which allows children of all ages to interact together during free play, but also enables age-specific programs to take place. Being a 29-place centre, we ensure we create a warm and happy environment for our children tailoring all programming and activities based on the interests and needs of our children.

As a trainee you would be expected to
- Interact and implement activities with the children daily
- Be apart of our planning cycle as you learn how to write observations and program
- Help with the day to day up keep of the centre such as the cleaning of the room, kitchen and toys
- Follow and have a passions for our philosophy which is the heartbeat of our centre
- Complete and stay up to day with all of your assignments. You will also have support from our management team who can assist you with assignments

We are looking for someone who is
- Passionate about educating and nurturing children
- Positive can-do attitude
- Works well in both a team and as an individual
- Will play the floor is lava 50 times a day
- Has great communication skills
- Caring and loving personality
- Willing to learn new skills and develop as an educator
- Can be a captain of a Pirate ship
- Most importantly loves to have fun and be around children

**Salary**: Up to $45,000.00 per year
