**Position Summary**:
The fashion retail company in Melbourne is seeking an In-store Pick Packer to join their team. This role involves efficiently picking and packing orders with precision and timeliness. By contributing to the seamless operation of the store, you will play a crucial role in providing a delightful shopping experience for customers who value the curated collection of global fashion brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle moving, receiving, and packing of stock, maintaining organized inventory.
- Tag and label products, perform stock-takes, and conduct quality control checks.
- Assist with online order picking and packing, as well as occasional in-store stock runs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.**:

- **Ability to lift goods and equipment weighing up to 20kg.**:

- Reliable, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work additional hours when necessary to support business needs.
- Task-oriented with the ability to follow directions effectively.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with other departments.
