**How will I help?**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all our in-branch customers, so it is important that you are engaging and professional. Our team at Lake Haven are customer focussed and love the work that they do.
- Your main responsibilities will include: _
- Having everyday banking conversations with customers, and providing them with responsive and seamless service to retain them
- Handling a variety of monetary transactions
- Identifying banking and lending needs, referring customers to the relevant Personal Banker or Mortgage Lender
- Growing our customer’s use of digital tools within banking

**What you’ll need to succeed**

The key skill you will need for this role is a genuine desire to help customers and deliver the best service every time. You may not have banking experience, but that’s ok. We can teach you the banking side of the role. You will have a great attitude and a friendly manner and will be looking for that next role, where you can be your best.
