**About the Role**

We have a client in **Blackburn **that requires ongoing support. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home and in the community
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance

**The ongoing shifts with this client are**:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- 9.30am -12.30pm
- Friday - 2.00pm - 4.30pm
- Thursday (Fortnightly) - 2.45pm
- 5.15 pm

**As an experienced support worker you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric.**

**As a support worker you are required to have the following**:

- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children’s Check
- Up-to-date Covid 19 vaccinations
- Certificate III or higher qualifications in a relevant field
