**Job description**

The quality of our people (and of course our fresh, great-tasting Subs) has made Subway® the leading Quick Service Restaurant chain in Australia with over 1,500 locations.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and Customer focussed person with love for hospitality to lead our team in **Subway Tarneit**

Our well established store is looking to grow and requires management to lead the way.

Because we're open 7 days a week, we need our team to manage the busiest shifts. This will include some weekends and evening work as well as early starts.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Supervising our amazing team
- Customer service focus
- Food preparation & handling
- Cash management and banking
- Building the business with new initiatives
- Following store procedures & guidelines
- Preparing Rosters
- Inventory management including ordering stocks
- Recruitment & Performance Management
- Managing Catering and deliveries

**Essential Requirements**:
**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- TARNEIT, VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
