Our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) division supports critical infrastructure, mining, and construction projects through reliable, NATA accredited testing in line with Australian and international standards.

Join our team as a full-time **Assistant Geotechnician** in Malaga and play a key role in testing construction materials using both destructive and non-destructive techniques. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality testing service to our clients. There is also a chemical testing component to the role, in addition to the physical preparation and testing work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and collect samples for testing
- Perform routine laboratory testing and equipment calibration
- Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Correlate test data for evaluation and prepare basic reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement and laboratory efficiency discussions
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques
- Previous laboratory experience
- WA C Class Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a collaborative mindset
