**About the role**
- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- General Administration duties
- Processing & packing Vaccines orders
- Stock control
- Use of MYOB, Microsoft Excel and Outlook software programs
- Taking phone calls/orders
- Delivery of Vaccine Orders
- Packing Dr Stores
- Adherence with all Healius Policies & Procedures including WHS
- Stocking cold room and freezer
- Accounts assistance Lifting of boxes up to (10kg)**About you**
- To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:

- Previous experience with MYOB Exo would be beneficial
- Sound computers skills in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
- A Current Queensland Open Drivers Licence
- Outstanding customer focus
- Cohesive, contributing team member
- Flexible and positive attitude
