**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**:Northcote, VIC

**Pay rate**:$38-40 per hour + Super

**Days**:Mondays and Tuesdays (could do Tuesdays and Wednesdays if Nanager prefers)

**Hours**:11am-6pm (some flexibility)

**Children**:9 year old and 11 year old

**Start date**:January 31st (slightly flexible).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence
- Experience with similar responsibilities
- At least 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This lovely family, who has employed a Nanager in the past, is seeking support 2 days a week with their girls. Each school day will allow child-free hours to help with some light household tasks as well. The older girl will need to be collected from school by car, so driving is essential.

The family is truly respectful of their nanny's role and is keen to hire someone who is happy to be a valued 'extra family member' as well as employee. They hope the nanny will be nurturing, eager to get to know the girls and their interests, and be creative with activities. The ideal person will be able to provide the right support with homework and music practise when required.

The number one requested household task is cooking. Nothing fancy, but it is important the Nanager cares about getting to know what the girls like to eat, can encourage new things, and ideally involve them in the meal planning/preparation process. Other tasks will be things such as errands/shopping and helping out with things such as home organisation, hanging/folding laundry when required, and watering plants.

The family is looking for a Nanager who is organised and reliable, creative and fun, supportive and kind. Someone who can nurture the girls while also fostering independence.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents work (occasionally from home, but ensure this does not disrupt the nanny and the girls). They value creativity, exploration, and fun alongside academic pursuits.

The girls are close in age and good friends, sharing a lot of similar interests (for example - arts and crafts, baking, trampoline, and making slime). Both play netball and learn an instrument, and the whole family adores their pet lop-eared bunny
