**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- We are a family of 5. Mum, Dad, 4 y/o girl, 10 month-old girl (at job start), and 1 cat (shy). Dad works regular office hours (9 - 5). Mum is a dance teacher and works after school. Cat does not work (shy and lazy). Four year old is energetic, happy, and loves pink princesses and all things dancing. 10 month old is happy, bubbly and fairly relaxed. Pretty close to walking.

**Your Duties**:

- 2pm - 5pm/6pm supervision, care and school run. Arrive at 2pm and take care of 10 month old. School pick-up of 4 year old at 3pm (our car can be used). Play with the girls to 5pm. On occasion, and if it works for you, we might ask you to stay to 6pm. On those occasions we might ask you to warm-up a pre-prepared dinner and give it to the girls. 4 year old and cat are both toilet trained. 10 month old is not.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We practice gentle parenting (well, we try). We are looking for someone who is kind, gentle, and likes reading. We are also looking for some will care for the girls in a way which adopts the gentle parenting approach (Assertive boundaries maintained, but without coercive control.) We don't always nail it, neither will you. But we try our best. We'd want you to do so too. We are seeking someone with First Aid qualifications, and the 4 year old carries an epipen (peanut allergy).
