Vineyard Supervisor

**About the role**

As a Vineyard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing day to day vineyard operations and supervising a team of 10 operators and 40 to 50 contract staff throughout the year.
- Lead team culture and help deliver results
- Manage vineyard operations across multiple sites including tractor and machinery operations, Irrigation operations and site and machinery maintenance.
- Ensure operators are trained and competent, and machinery is setup correctly.
- Help drive innovation and sustainability projects.
- Coordinate seasonal contract labour teams and liaise with contract service providersCoordinate harvest intake

**About you**

We are seeking someone who enjoys leading people and has a focus on continuous improvement and safety across the site.
- Vineyard, agriculture and farming operations experience is a big plus
- Great organization and communication skills.
- Ability to lead others and previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
- Computer savvy, good record keeping and the full Microsoft Office package.If you hold a forklift license and a Chemcert we definitely want to hear from you
