**About the job**
We currently have a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Planner for Smallgoods and Salami. This position is full time, Monday to Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)

The successful applicant will plan and schedule the maintenance and reliability work in achieving the site’s reliability program by achieving the following:

- Plan and organise the maintenance work activities, labour, parts and time required
- Issuing weekly maintenance schedules
- Organising and chairing backlog review and production planning meetings
- Communicating with trades and team leaders around job status
- KPI reporting
- Maintaining Mex data integrity.
- Organise contractors for work backlog

**About you**
- Trade, technical or engineering degree is required, with minimum 2 years demonstrated effective trade experience working in a manufacturing environment in the Food, Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical industries.
- An understanding of preventative maintenance systems and techniques.
- Sound knowledge of high-speed packaging equipment, bearings, seals, shaft repair, conveying systems, etc.
- Advanced computer literacy being skilled in all Microsoft office packages & MEX (CMMS)
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly planned and organised with good influencing skills is a must.
