**Website Trading Lead: Help Drive Our Digital Transformation**

Are you a digital whiz with a passion for eCommerce and a knack for turning clicks into customers? Direct Group is on the hunt for a skilled Website Trading Lead to join our Marketing team and help transform our traditional business into a digital powerhouse.

**About the Role**

As our Website Trading Lead, you'll play a key role in driving business growth across our diverse portfolio of brands. Your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and eCommerce trading strategy will be key to our success.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges and wants to develop their e-commerce skills across multiple businesses.

**What your day might look like**
- Working with the Marketing team, help develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies to drive online sales
- Lead our eCommerce merchandising efforts, enhancing user experience and increasing average order value
- Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign and tactical activities and implement digital best practices
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

**What we are looking for**
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce trading and merchandising
- Strong background in CRO
- Proficiency in analyzing web metrics and deriving actionable insights
- Some technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience in consumer retail Ecommerce
- Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus
