**Position**: Kitchen Hand / Dishwashing
**Location**: Red Bean Cafe, Footscray Hospital

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Supporting kitchen staff with various tasks as required.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
