We are seeking a talented and results-driven Ads Manager to join our team. As part of our marketing efforts, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our paid ad campaigns and improving our online visibility through effective SEO strategies. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing who can deliver measurable results across platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Paid Advertising Campaigns**:
- Develop, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of ad campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with platform updates and emerging trends in paid advertising.
**SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)**:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, backlink analysis, and content optimisation to increase traffic and visibility.
- Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytic.
**Marketing Support**:
- Assist in content creation to ensure alignment with SEO and advertising goals.
**Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximise results within set budgets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of successful paid advertising campaigns, with demonstrable results.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, MetaAds Manager, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience with multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO tools
- Background in marketing.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
