**The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group** encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Catalina Restaurant, located at the Novotel Brisbane Airport. Catalina is a vibrant and inviting restaurant with a warm atmosphere and quality food. Our focus and objective is to provide an excellent dining experience for all our guests.
**About the role**
- Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Know the hotel products & facilities and upsell at every opportunity.
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
- Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
- Supervise day to day food & beverage requirements.

- Excellence in customer service
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- RSA & Food Safety Certificate is essential.
