We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our safety team who are responsible for positively impacting Health, Safety & Environmental outcomes within the Transport and Infrastructure Business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Development of key communication and marketing material.
- Development and management of key SharePoint pages.
- Assistance with the core strategic plan elements and identified initiatives.
- Events coordination and personal assistance to the trans-Tasman safety leadership team.
- Provide administrative support, including when required any safety systems administration.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in the development and implementation of communication campaigns to promote stakeholder engagement.
- Sound understanding of SharePoint development (essential) and PowerBI (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Create Cloud (highly desirable)
- Creative person with an ability to present core topics and reports in a creative impactful manner.
- Proven ability to establish relationship, build report and deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders/clients.
- High level of self
- awareness, exceptional interpersonal skills including communication (verbal, written and active listening)
- High attention to detail, including striving for excellence.
- Solution and goal oriented, enthusiastic about what you do; completing tasks with excellence and always looking forward to the next challenge.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage time, resources and focus on supporting achievement of projects, activities and business initiatives to achieve success.
