**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Guide customers through the home loan process with personalised advice and support
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents to expand your network and drive business growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships
- Holding meaningful, quality conversations to determine customer goals and aspirations
- Increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio
- Proactively working to acquire new-to-NAB customers
- Retaining existing customers by offering appropriate financial solutions that add value to their lives

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to our customers and building trusted relationships with them
- Significant experience in managing client relationships, coupled with Lending experience
- Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals
- Passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
- An exceptional communication skills along with superior stakeholder management experience
- The ability to lead by example and be an exemplary part of a growing team and division
