Roles and Responsibilities:

- Participate in discovery workshops with the Customer and provide product leadership and technical feasibility on different requirements.
- Experience in scoping, fit/gap analysis, documentation, and solution design for Dynamics 365 PO/FS as per the requirements.
- Design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 PO/FS and lead the activities for development.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 PO/FS Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
- Knowledge and experience in implementing Field Services and Project Operations
- Experience in creating Plugins, JavaScript, workflows, and work with Azure Services (like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Vault) and Web API
- Knowledge of resource scheduling optimization and understanding of Augmented Reality solutions, Connected Field Service, and Integration with Dynamics 365 FS
- Knowledge of DevOps with Dynamics 365 PO/FS for requirements management and ALM (CI/CD), including use of PowerApps Solution Checker, other static analysis tools and third-party library scanning tools

Skills /Competencies:

- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Microsoft certifications for Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Field Services is preferred
- 5+ years of experience with at least two end-to-end full cycle implementation exposure for Dynamics 365 Project Operations & Field Services
- Working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value.
