Opportunity

We are currently looking for motivated and passionate Personal Care Assistants to join the supportive and friendly teams at our Westhaven Community located in Footscray on a Casual basis.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing and who are committed to the needs of our clients, delivering high quality care, maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for clients.

When you join our team, we will do our best with providing you with comfortable and well supported work environment, good staff to resident’s ratios as well as great roster flexibility. Our team is very open and welcoming, and each day you will work with supportive and friendly staff and management.

Who are we looking for?

A warm, compassionate, and reliable team member

Good sensitive listener with ability to understand our clients’ needs

Flexible person to work variety of shifts including weekends

Team member with minimum Certificate III in Individual Support
