Rhoye (Bohemian Traders) are looking for passionate, fashion forward casual Stylists to help our customers identify and purchase looks they desire.

In-store Stylist duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. Our aim is to provide an impeccable standard of service. **The aims of the role are as follows**:

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Providing styling in store advice.
- Assist with the sales process by ensuring our boutique/s are consistently fully stocked.

**Responsibilities / Expectations**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centric
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to fulfil pick and pack duties, logistics requirements and warehousing duties.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, and merchandising.
- Ability to walk up and down staircase, carrying boxes, product, and other necessary store related items.
- Ability to perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean.
- Ability to safely lift boxes up to 15 kg.
- Comfortable climbing step ladders
- Typical hours between 5hrs and 15 hrs per week, depending on roster requirements

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $37.25 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
