Uniting Early Learning are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Educators to join their teams **on a consistent casual basis** at **Paddington Children's Cenre,** **Iluka Early Learning Bondi Beach, North Bondi Early Learning**

We are seeking an Early Learning Educator to work on a** casual basis** and join our progressive team. Your key duties will include:

- Aiding room leaders and ensuring children’s safety
- Supporting the ongoing development of the children
- Participating in all aspects of the daily running of the centre
- Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre
- Maintaining Work Health and Safety always
- Facilitating Play Based Learning

**Who we’re looking for**
- **Must have completed** a Certificate III OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
