Join this **Elite Preschool in Eastern Suburbs ,** hiring **Full Time Permanent Cert III & Diploma Educators.**

To be considered for the role, we will need from you;

Responsibilities include:

- Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
- Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
- Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.

Required skills & certification;
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for working with children and their families
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
