**Manager
- Inclusion Outreach - Ongoing Full Time**

The primary responsibility of the Manager, Inclusion Outreach Coaching will be to lead the design, development and implementation of the Inclusion Outreach Coaching initiative, as part of the broader Disability Inclusion reform program. The Manager will work as part of the branch's senior leadership team and will be based at 2 Treasury Place, reporting to the Director, Inclusive Education Professional Practice. The Manager, Inclusion Outreach Coaching will be a strategic leader who can chart the direction of newly established workforces, with a strong focus on project implementation and management. The role will require strong interpersonal skills to work with a range of stakeholders including schools, coaching workforces and Area, Region and Central staff to improve the capability of schools implementing inclusive education practices.

**The Manager, Inclusion Outreach Coaching will**:

- Have experience working with diverse populations in educational settings, including students with disability and diverse learning needs to guide the design, development and implementation of the Inclusion Outreach Coaching Initiative
- Have experience in project and stakeholder management to work collaboratively to deliver cohesive capability building supports
- Lead the Inclusion Outreach Coaching team with responsibility for implementing systematic methods of capability building in inclusive practices, relating to the Disability Inclusion reform program
- Provide strategic oversight of a range of system-capability building initiatives within Inclusive Education Professional Practice, to align Inclusive Education Professional Learning and coaching workforce supports
- Work closely with project managers and Directors across Divisions to ensure cohesion of delivery of Disability Inclusion system initiatives
- Manage the design, development and implementation of tools to address, plan and evaluate current data trends
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of in-class, school-wide and system-wide coaching supports
- Lead the establishment of communities of practices for educators and coaching workforces in inclusive practices
- Provide expert advice in inclusive practices capability building to regions, Areas and school teams.
