**The Opportunity**

Boeing Defence Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force. Our team consists of engineers who develop modifications, repairs and continuing airworthiness services to support the fleet of Boeing-managed aircraft in the ADF.

As an MRD & Reliability Officer working in our Engineering Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating the MRD and reliability outcomes for the P8-A Poseidon aircraft. You will be reporting to a program engineer and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technical officers. You will work with our customer to develop and deliver critical capabilities to support their missions.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the P8-A Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) and Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) using Weapon System Database WSDB (eMRD) and Computer Aided Maintenance Management Version 2 (CAMM2);
- Determine Corrective Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance tasks using Reliability Centred Maintenance methodology;
- Review and approve maintenance policy changes;
- Assess WHS and Configuration Role and Environment (CRE) issues that affect implementation or modification of maintenance tasks;
- Process, review and make recommendations on artefacts to execute DASR compliant maintenance and reliability programs;
**Experience/Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent Aircraft Trade qualifications;
- Experience working as an Aircraft or Avionics Technician for a minimum of two years;
- Demonstrable experience as an MRD Practitioner;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Formal qualification and experience using CAMM2 (desirable);
