- We can employ you as a subcontractor for $55 per hour or as a casual employee for $46 per hour with benefits

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
- Finishing concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Performing screeding
- Interpreting blueprints and following construction plans
- Ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards
- Working collaboratively with other team members

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Hold a current White Card
- Proven experience as a concrete worker
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle outdoor work conditions
- Relevant certifications (if applicable) are a plus
